Great storage facility. We have been U-stor customers since 2017. They have always treated us with respect and courtesy. My wife and I consider several of the managers to be our personal friends. Initially it was the 24 hour access, multi-layered security (gates, doors, alarms/sirens, cameras) and LIVE ON SITE staff that brought us to U-stor. What's kept us here since 2017 is how they've cared for us and for their facility i.e. and by extension our stuff. They (U-stor) have continued to follow through with promised upgrades and improvements. Problems happen and in six(6) years they have but each time their on site managers or Sam Belvin (Area Supervisor) have responded extremely fast (living on site helps as I mentioned) and dealt with the problem in the best way possible as to not inconvenience us. They have been great and really seem to care about us, as people rather than just "tenants" We highly recommend. 5

I have had a unit here going on for 5 years. Over the years, have had a few problems with Nancy. They are nice, mostly, but the customer service can be hit-and-miss. The unit itself is fairly nice, but as others have mentioned, unfinished on the inside and do not have a light. The property is very clean and I've never had a problem with pests. They DO NOT accept cash as payment for your monthly rent. I found this out the hard way when my debit card was stolen. I also had problems with their online payment system and when I asked about it, was told "you must be doing something wrong because I was able to log into your account." This was very off-putting as **I** should be the only one logging into my account. They also DO NOT accept partial payments. When I asked the reason, I was told there was theft within their organization so that was why they didn't take cash or partial payments. I will admit that I've paid my rental fees late more than once. However, I explained the reason why I was paying late was that I didn't get paid until the 5th of each month and was unable to pay any earlier. They didn't care and told me I would "need to figure something out." I'm raising 2 nephews and also help support my mom. There's not a lot left between paychecks and I already have a large bill I pay with the other check I receive during the month. When I was unfortunately late to the point that they were about to cut the lock on my unit, I went to the office to pay only to find that even though I went to the office to pay a few days before the deadline only to discover my lock had already been cut "at management's discretion" leaving me to have to purchase another lock. Overall, would I rent here again? Possibly, but with some reservations. P.S. Yes, there is a cute doggo in the office.

You don't have to worry about your storage getting broke into. They have alarms, cameras a gate and owners get notified everytime someone opens anything or enter the gate
